Austrian Hospice
The Austrian Hospice of the Holy Family in Jerusalem, which opened its doors in 1863, was the first national pilgrims' guesthouse in the Holy Land. In the spirit of it's foundation and it's history, it's guests are primarily Austrian pilgrims and those from German-speaking regions, as well as from those countries that were part of the Habsburg monarchy at the time of their founding.
